• Security cameras installed to monitor the perimeter of the house for your safety and for the security of my property.
• Only registered guest who booked for are permitted on the property.
• Do not bring any visitors or any others to the home.
• Extra guests will incur the extra guest fee, or will be immediately removed from the property. (my exterior perimeter security cameras will inform me of the number of people coming and going)
• Registration is only for people over 21 years old
• Quiet hours: 11p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Respectful of others guest & neighbors surrounding
• I do not take any responsibility for any guest (user´s) careless accident.
• Any damage on property for personal carelessness has to cover all the expenses. Any child accompanies, make sure for the child safety and all the property damage will be 100 % guardian responsibility.
• No drugs, or illegal activity. Also, no smoking in the house. Smoking is only permitted behind my house (not inside, not out front) with the patio door closed. Penalty of $ 200 will be incurred.
• Please take the room key when you leave the house. In case the key is lost, the guest has to covers the expenses.
