No, but seriously we are right next to the Beach, the trains, buses, bars and restaurants. We have space for your surfboards, bicycles and even room to park a car in our driveway (Parking in Rockaway in the summer can be a hassle)

Guests have access to a TV with Dish Network programming (HBO included), Internet Access via WIFI and Ethernet.
We have a Keurig Coffee maker supplied with a variety of K-cups for all our guests' convenience along with creamer and sugar right in the kitchen. Additionally there is tea and an electric kettle as well.
The kitchen is fully stocked with items such as plates, cups, mugs, shooters and silverware.
The Back Yard is also available to all guests although we do ask that no one has any large groups or loud parties, our neighborhood is a respectful one and we wouldn't like to impose.
There is space for bicycles or surfboards either in the hallway leading to the apartment and / or the back yard itself.
Interaction with guests
Guests have the privacy of the entire lower apartment to themselves although we are an open family and do not mind interaction. Please feel free to call or Email whenever for information regarding Rockaway, transit and so forth.
We live in a nice quiet semi-suburban neighborhood, although it is a Beach Side town and it is never boring. Parties on the beach and in the bars happen almost every night here and the atmosphere is positively filled with a relaxed vibe and good times.
We are right around the corner from the "A" Train which is a direct route from Rockaway Beach to JFK Airport, 25 minutes away, or Manhattan, about an hour away.
Also the Q22 ( a Rockaway Beach only bus) and the Q53 bus (Leads into / out of Rockaway) are right around the corner.
